Well-being is freedom
Most of us strive to do well — for ourselves and our families, in our work, and in our communities. But sometimes even when everything’s going “well”, we feel off or empty or like something’s missing. Trending advice, like “Take 10,000 steps. Eat more protein. Take a mental health day” might help, but not enough. We still don’t feel well.
But, why?
One explanation is that we have defined well-being in ways that don’t resonate with our lived experience. The Way to Well-being© provides a way forward, centering the most fundamental experience of well-being — freedom — and outlining a path to get there.
