An extended opportunity to learn and experience the Way to Well-being and other research-based approaches.

Delivered over 8 weeks, this powerful short course is for women in leadership who want to dedicate the time and energy to truly be well so they can do well. Dr. Colacchio shares the most powerful frameworks from her 20 years of leadership experience and research on well-being.

Weekly class sessions

Each week of the short course features a 90-minute class session with Dr. Colacchio and your cohort. Each session is planned to maximize your experiential learning and help you acquire new skills you can implement immediately.

Online experiential classroom, learning about well-being and leadership

The Short Course includes

“Office hours”

An optional extra hour per week is available to all members of the cohort to bring a challenge or pain point to workshop with Dr. Colacchio and your peers. Affinity groups are available.

Resources

During each class session, participants will be introduced to models and tools they can come back to and apply in their work and personal lives. Additional readings and resource materials are also provided.
