The Way to Well-being© Collection
Your story matters.
The brilliance of this work is in the very real, very human, and very distinct stories and experiences people have shared with Dr. Colacchio over the past 20 years. Their stories helped to build the Way to Well-being© and Well-leadership© models.
The Way to Well-being© Collection is an ever-expanding trove of people’s stories about well-being, ill-being, relational safety©, self-worth, and freedom. People’s struggles and triumphs, their missteps and successes, and their progress toward well-being. These stories contribute to our understanding of well-being as freedom—and complicate and challenge that understanding—all in service of refining the models, practices, and trainings to be most valuable to humanity.
Thank you for considering sharing your story.
“I want other people to hear my story so they don’t feel alone. So they know it gets better. So they keep going.”
—Justin, Research participant
“Telling my story was so healing. I had no idea how much that would affect me. I honestly feel freer already.”
—D.L., Event attendee
